History

The founder of the firm, Attorney Allison F. Zieman, started her professional career as a school teacher. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine and a M.S. in Education from California State University, Fullerton. While at CSUF, she obtained a teaching credential for multiple subjects and a certificate for teaching children with mild to moderate disabilities. She taught elementary school for over 14 years.

While working as a classroom teacher, Ms. Zieman obtained her law degree from Western State University College of Law where she graduated third in her class. After passing the bar on the first try, Ms. Zieman became licensed to practice law in 2011.

By 2014, after volunteering through the Legal Aid Society in Orange County in the area of family law, Ms. Zieman opened her own law practice and transitioned from teaching to working full-time as a family law attorney. Her background working with families and children provided a strong foundation for working with families in the legal arena.

Along with litigating family law cases, she has been trained in mediation and collaborative law. Being trained in various ways to handle family cases, our firm is unique in that it can provide service options to clients.

Our firm strives to provide the best family law services to clients that match their needs and budget.
